Pecan pie is the best, and when trying to follow Keto, this recipe fits the bill... YUM!!

Ingredients For keto pecan pie

  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    allulose
  • 1 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream (hwc)
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    pecans
  • pecans
  • 2 1/2 c
    pecan flour
  • 1/3 c
    swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 dash
    vanilla to taste
  • pinch
    salt

How To Make keto pecan pie

    Preheat oven to 350°.
  • 2
    Crust Mix Pecan flour and Swerve sweetener. Stir in melted butter and egg until well combined. Add vanilla. Press into glass pan. Bake 10 mins.

    Filling Over medium heat mix 3/4 C butter and Allulose sweetener. Stir until dark brown, like browned butter! Add HW cream and pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer for 15 mins. Remove from heat and add almond extract. Let crust and sauce sit for 15 minutes. Once slightly cooled, add an egg to caramel sauce and whisk well. Stir in 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Pour caramel sauce over crust and top with more pecans, whole / halved, as much as your heart desires. Bake for 40 minutes.⠀⠀
