I got this from a friend, her daughter's recipe. I've tweaked the recipe just a bit. It's no hassle to make and just plain good.

Ingredients For just plain good & easy peach cobbler

2 canpeach slices with syrup 15.25 oz or 1 large can

1 csugar

1-2 tspcornstarch, optional to thicken

1/2-1 tspvanilla extract

1 pkgpillisbury refrigerated roll out pie crust

1/4 csugar and cinnamon mixed

3/4 stickbutter, salted

1/8 tspnutmeg, optional
How To Make just plain good & easy peach cobbler

1Butter 9x13 glass dish.

2In bowl, combine peaches, vanilla and 1 cup sugar and if desired, cornstarch. Stirring together and mixing well. Pour into baking dish.

3Roll out Pillsbury pie crust on floured surface (I use parchment.) Cut into strips with pizza cutter. Then lattice over top of peach mixture. Note: May leave crust whole if preferred.

4Mix 2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 cup sugar together. Sprinkle evenly over pie crust strips.

5Cut 3/4 stick butter into tbsps. and place over top. Bake at 400F until golden brown-about 30 minutes.
