This is a no-bake pie that tastes like a cheesecake. It takes 5 minutes to make and 4-5 hours to set up in the refrigerator.

1 can20 oz crushed pineapple

1 pkgcream cheese

1 boxpineapple jell-o

2 lgtubs cool whip

1 lg9" graham cracker pie crust
How To Make jim`s pineapple cheese pie

11. Drain juice from pineapple. set fruit aside. dissolve jell-o in juice and microwave for 2 minutes.

22. have cream cheese and cool whip at room temprature. mix fruit, cream cheese, 1 tub cool whip, and when cooled the jell-o mixture.

33. Mix all ingredients well. then pour in to pie crust. and place in the refrigerator for 5 hours. when ready to serve add a dollop of cool whip from the second tub on each piece.

4***note*** this can also be used as a dessert with out the pie crust like a pudding.
