First tasted Key Lime Pie while in the Keys in Florida. Got a bottle of key lime juice while in the Keys. My husband and I were both hooked!

Ingredients For jeans no bake key lime cheesecake

  • GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
  • 1 pkg
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • PIE FILLING
  • 8 ounce pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz
    key lime juice
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How To Make jeans no bake key lime cheesecake

    FIRST - MAKE THE PIE CRUST Put Crushed Graham Crackers, softened butter and sugar in the pie pan. Mix well and form this into a pie crust.

    Put pie crust in the refrigerator and let chill while making the filling.

    To make filling - Cream the cream cheese with mixer. Gradually add the sugar and mix until creamy.

    Add the key lime juice and blend. Then add cool whip and fold into the cream cheese mixture.

    Put the filling in the pie crust.Put in the refrigerator. Let chill at least 4 hours.
