I can't remember where I got this recipe but everyone loves it. It is easy to fix and doesn't take long to put together.

Ingredients For japanese fruit pie

  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    dark raisins
  • 1/2 c
    coconut, flaked
  • 1
    unbaked pie crust

How To Make japanese fruit pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Beat eggs and add melted butter, sugar and vinegar. Then add raisins, nuts and coconut. Stir well. Pour into unbaked crust and bake about 40 to 45 minutes. See, I told you it was easy.
