Ingredients For irish cream macadamia chocolate chip pie

  • 8 oz
    marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    baileys irish cream liquor
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 oz
    unsweetened baking chocolate, grated
  • 1/4 c
    chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 c
    semi-sweet chocolate, shaved

How To Make irish cream macadamia chocolate chip pie

  • 1
    Place marshmallows, milk and Irish cream in top of double boiler. Heat over hot water until marshmallows melt. Cool slightly.

    Whip cream with vanilla until soft peaks form. Fold whipped cream, grated chocolate and macadamia nuts into marshmallow mixture. Pour into baked pie shell. Garnish top with shaved chocolate. Chill for 1 1/2 hours.
