I make these often to take to pot luck dinners or when my husband goes fishing with his buddies. They are easy and alway a big hit and they travel well. I usually double the recipe because they go very quickly!

12individual frozen pie shells

1 cchopped pecans

1/2 cbutter

3/4 clight corn syrup

1 csugar

3 lgeggs, beaten

How To Make individual pecan pies

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange pie shells on baking sheet. Put 1 heaping tablespoon chopped pecans in each shell, dividing equally among shells. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup, sugar and eggs. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour filling into pie shells, dividing equally among shells. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until pies are golden brown.
