This is a hand-me-down recipe from a friend. I've been making this pie since the 70s.

Ingredients For impossible pie

4eggs
-
1/4 cmargarine, softened

1 cwhite sugar

1/2 cflour
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspbaking powder
-
2 cevaporated milk
-
1 cflaked coconut
-
1 tspvanila
How To Make impossible pie

1Place all ingredients in a blender, one at a time.

2Blend until well mixed.

3Pour into a greased 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.

4When done, crust will be on the bottom, custard in the middle, and coconut on top.
