    eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 2 c
    milk, 2% or evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1
    7 oz. can angel flake coconut

How To Make impossible pie

    Important to mix in order given. Butter 2 9inch pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until pie is firm to touch and is golden brown. It makes its own crust.
