The title says Impossible- but this is in no way impossible. Anything is possible with Bisquick baking mix!!

Ingredients For impossible coconut pie

  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    margarine or butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 tsp
    coconut extract
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    shredded or flaked coconut
  • 3/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix

How To Make impossible coconut pie

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350F.
  • 2
    Butter a 9 or 10- inch pie plate. Place all ingredients in blender container.

    Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. Pour in buttered pie plate.
  • 4
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 50-55 minutes; cool.
