1 can(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cwater

1/2 cbisquick
-
3eggs
-
1/4 cbutter, softened

1 1/2 tspvanilla

1 cflaked coconut
How To Make impossible coconut pie

1In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut.

2Blend on low speed 3 minutes.

3Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate; let stand 5 minutes.

4Sprinkle with coconut.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.

6Cool slightly. Refrigerate leftovers.
