Ingredients For impossible coconut pie

  • 1 can
    (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut

How To Make impossible coconut pie

    In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut.

    Blend on low speed 3 minutes.

    Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate; let stand 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with coconut.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean.

    Cool slightly. Refrigerate leftovers.
