Ingredients For impossible cheesecake pie

3/4 cmilk

2 tspvanilla

1 csugar (i use truvia)

1/2 cbisquick baking mix

2 pkg(8) oz each cream cheese, cut into about 1/2 inch cubes and softened

1 cancheesecake topping (see below)

1 csour cream

2 Tbspsugar (truvia)

2 tspvanilla
How To Make impossible cheesecake pie

1Heat oven to 350 degrees

2Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

3Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.

4Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high two minutes.

5Pour into plate

6Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.

7Cool and when cool spread topping carefully over top.

8Add 1 can of blueberry or cherry topping and refrigerate
