Ingredients For impossible cheesecake pie

  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    sugar (i use truvia)
  • 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 2 pkg
    (8) oz each cream cheese, cut into about 1/2 inch cubes and softened
  • 1 can
    cheesecake topping (see below)
  • cheesecake topping
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar (truvia)
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make impossible cheesecake pie

    Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2
    Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

    Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.

    Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high two minutes.

    Pour into plate

    Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes.

    Cool and when cool spread topping carefully over top.
  • 8
    Add 1 can of blueberry or cherry topping and refrigerate
