hot fudge peanut butter pie
This pie is easy, no bake. Great for summer or the holidays. It is so good my friends jokingly call it my wife getting pie after one of them said it was so good she would marry me if I kept making it. ;) It is very rich but worth every bite.

Ingredients For hot fudge peanut butter pie

1graham or chocolate graham cracker pie crust

1 cpeanut butter
-
8 ozroom temperature cream cheese

12 ozwhipped topping, softened

11 3/4 ozhot fudge topping

1/2 csugar
- TOPPING
-
2 Tbsphot fudge topping, reserved from above

2 Tbsppeanut butter
How To Make hot fudge peanut butter pie

1In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Fold in 3 cups of whipped topping. Spoon into graham crust and smooth to edges.

2remove 2 TBS of hot fudge from jar and reserve in a zip locked baggie for later. Heat remaining hot fudge according to package directions. Spread in top of peanut butter filling. Refridgerate pie until serving time.

3At serving time, carefully spread rest of whipped topping over pie.

4Knead remaning hot fudge in baggie til warmed, cut hole in corner and pipe over pie. Repeat with 2 TBS of peanut butter and pipe in opposite direction. (I usually do a criss cross pattern with both.)
