Ingredients For holiday yam bake

  • 1---40 oz
    can yams
  • 1 can
    (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 c
    raisins (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    miniature marshmallows

How To Make holiday yam bake

    Drain yams; mash well.
  • 2
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.Add juice to yams.

    Add sugar and butter; beat well.
  • 4
    Stir in pineapple and pecans, and raisins is optional!

    Spray inside of 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam.

    Spoon in mixture..

    Bake for 20 minutes. @ 350 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows. BAKE 10 minutes longer.
