I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It's fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.

Ingredients For heavenly pie

2favorite graham cracker crusts

1 can14oz sweetened condensed milk

19 oz prepared whipped topping
-
4 Tbsplemon juice
-
16 oz cancruhed pineapple (drained)

chopped walnuts for topping
How To Make heavenly pie

1Beat together condensed milk,whipped topping and lemon juice. fold in the drained crushed pineapple.

2Pour into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust, (or one large) sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, refrigerated about 4 hours
