I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It's fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.

Sweeten up your next luncheon or game night with this light and fruity dream of a pie. I think it would be absolutely fantastic with peaches too, so get creative with your fruit choices and let us know what you think!

Ingredients For heavenly pie

  • 2
    favorite graham cracker crusts
  • 1 can
    14oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1
    9 oz prepared whipped topping
  • 4 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 16 oz can
    cruhed pineapple (drained)
  • chopped walnuts for topping

How To Make heavenly pie

  • 1
    Beat together condensed milk,whipped topping and lemon juice. fold in the drained crushed pineapple.

    Pour into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust, (or one large) sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top, refrigerated about 4 hours
