Ingredients For heavenly pecan pie

  • 2
    graham cracker crusts
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    coconut, shredded
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 jar
    hersey's classic caramel sauce
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

How To Make heavenly pecan pie

  • 1
    Combine butter, pecans and coconut in a skillet. Heat until coconut is toasted. Let cool! Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip until smooth. Pour into crusts. Sprinkle coconut-pecan mixture on top. Drizzle caramel sauce over each pie. You probably will not use the entire jar. Refrigerate until time to serve
