2 tspmelted margarine

2 Tbspwater

1 cgraham cracker crumbs
- FILLING

1 Tbspgelatin, unflavored

2 Tbspcool water

1/4 cboiling water

1/2 ccottage cheese, lowfat

1/4 cskim milk

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspcoconut extract

1 1/2 Tbspsugar

2 ccrushed pineapple, drained
- GARNISH

ground cinnamon
How To Make hawaiian pineapple pie

1Preheat oven to 250 degrees

2Combine ingredients for crust in ungreased 9-inch pie pan. Pat out evenly to form crust.

3Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool.

4In small bowl, soften gelatin in cool water. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

5Transfer gelatin mixture to blender. Add all other filling ingredients and process until smooth.

6Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
