1 cupsugar

1 Tbspall purpose flour

5egg yolks

1whole egg

5egg whites

2 Tbspsugar

Pinthalf and half

unbaked pie shell
How To Make grandmother's egg pie

1Mix sugar and flour
-
2Mix sugar and egg yolks and whole egg

3Mix pint of half and half
-
4Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 or 30 min.

5Mix the 5 egg whites with 2 tblsp of sugar until stiff.

6When the pie has baked 25 minutes pile beaten egg whites by spoonfuls on top of pie and bake at 300 degrees for 25 more minutes.
