Ingredients For fudgy-brownie pecan pie

2squares of unsweetened chocolate

2 Tbspbutter, melted

3eggs
-
3/4 cdark karo syrup

1 cpecan halves
- CRUST

1 call purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/3 c+1 tbsp.butter flavored crisco

2 Tbspcold water
How To Make fudgy-brownie pecan pie

1Blend flour, salt, Crisco with pastry cutter or fork into a mealy consistency. Add water, mix with a fork and mold into a patty. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.

2Roll into a circle and form into your pie dish. (I spray with no-stick first) Fold under and decorate your edge.

3Beat the eggs, add remainder of ingredients. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 for approx. 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool before cutting.
