Ingredients For fudge pecan pie

    unbaked pie shell
  • 1 pkg
    (4 ounce) sweet cooking chocolate or 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 can
    (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1-1/4 c
    pecan halves or pieces

How To Make fudge pecan pie

  • 1
    In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with butter.

    Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water and eggs; mix well. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients except pie shell. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
