fresh pineapple pie
This recipe is is easy and fast to make. Fresh cut pieces of pineapple with a pineapple glaze in a graham cracker crust. My mother asked me to make her a fresh Pineapple pie,so I made this one up specially for her.

Ingredients For fresh pineapple pie

4 cfresh cut up pineapple

1 1/2 cwater
-
3/4 csugar

2 Tbspcornstarch

3 Tbsppineapple gelatin

1graham cracker pie crust
-
scoopwhipped cream, sweetened,optional

1 tsplemon juice
How To Make fresh pineapple pie

1Boil together water,sugar and cornstarch for 1 min.

2Remove from heat and add gelatin and lemon juice.

3Cool glaze for 10 minutes and add pineapple.

4Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

5Serve with whipped cream(optional) is good either way.
