5 Tbspall purpose flour

4fresh peaches

1 cwhipping cream
How To Make fresh peach pie

1Bake the pie crust for 375 F for 10 minutes.Combine sugar and flour until well blended.Put 1/3 of the flour mixture on the bottom of the crust.

2Cut the peaches into halves, pit them, and put them side up in the pie crust.Mix the last 2/3 of flour with the cream and pour over the peaches.

3Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes,lower oven to 350 F and bake for another hour and 15 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
