Ingredients For french coconut pie

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted (1/2 stick)
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 1/2 oz
    can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1
    unbaked pie shell

How To Make french coconut pie

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell.

    Bake until firm about 45 to 60 minutes.
