This is a family favorite I, my mom and her mom and so on have made for many years. I have tried others but none compare to this one. I have eaten other pies to include store bought and restaurant and none compare to this one. I have added a tiny twist by adding a little brandy to it. So pull up a seat and indulge! ENJOY!

Ingredients For jodie's pumpkin pie

1 ccane sugar

1 1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspclove, ground

1/2 tspallspice, ground

1/2 tspfreshly grated nutmeg

1/2 tspginger powder

1/2 tspsea salt

2 lgeggs
-
1 2/3 cevaporated milk (carnation)

1 1/2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1 Tbspbrandy

1unbaked pie shell
How To Make jodie's pumpkin pie

1Preheat oven to 425*F

2Beat eggs with milk then combine the rest of the ingredients and beat for 2 min. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Bake at 425* for 15 min. turn oven to 350*F Bake at 350*F for 45 min. the remainder. Stick pick into center, if it comes oout clean it is done. Remove to cooling rack or set on crossed butter knives to cool.
