Our neighbor's lawn mower broke down and we mowed her grass a couple of times. She brought this tart over as a thank you and it was really good! She even attached a recipe card to the bottom of the pan:) She said this won first prize in a contest on a local news station in 2010. Enjoy!

1refridgerated pie crust (comes in pack of 2)

1 canapple pie filling (21oz)

1 cfresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

1/4 cchopped walnuts, optional

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsugar
How To Make fay's rustic apple cranberry tart

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Place crust in pie pan. Combine all ingredients except sugar. Spoon mix into the crust. Fold edges over the fruit, pleating so crust lies flat. Sprinkle sugar over crust.

3Bake 15 minutes at 400. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and crust is golden brown.
