I make this easy pie often since we love dessert but are trying to cut down on sugar in our diet. It is also a hit at church potlucks....there are never any leftovers!

Ingredients For favorite lemon pie

1 pkgsugar-free/fat-free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding (small size)

1 pkgsugar- free lemon jello (small size)

2 1/3 cwater
-
1/3 clemon juice, fresh

1reduced fat graham cracker crust

1 1/2 creduced fat or sugar free whipped topping
How To Make favorite lemon pie

1In a small saucepan, combine pudding mix and gelatin. Add water and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook and stir 1-2 minutes longer or until thickened. Remove from the heat; cool slightly. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Spread with whipped topping.
