Ingredients For easy summer tomato pie

1 pkgrefrigerated pie crust, such as pillsbury

2 lgfresh tomatoes, sliced

1/2 tspdried basil

1/2 tspfreeze-dried chives

1/2 tsppepper

1/2 clight mayonnaise

1 creduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make easy summer tomato pie

1Heat oven to 4550. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. Fit 1 pie crust into pan, and crimp edges.

2Prick bottom and sides of pie crust w/ a fork and bake 9 mins. Reduce heat to 350. In bowl whisk together basil, chives and pepper. Arrange tomato slices in pie crust evenly. Sprinkle w/ herbs.

3W/ a spoon, spread mayonnaise over tomatoes. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Bake, uncovered 20 mins or until cheese is melted and pie is hot.
