easy s' mores pie

My daughter and I just made this tonight after debating what to make for dessert. We found all the makings for S' mores but didn't want S'mores, just something that tasted like them, lol. We came up with this fairly quick and easy pie which went so fast we didn't get a picture...oh well, next time!! Enjoy!

Ingredients For easy s' mores pie

1-1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

7 Tbspmelted butter

1/3 csugar

3/4 cheavy cream
-
6 ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tspground cinamon

1 Tbspplus 1 tsp vanilla

7 ozmarshmellow fluff
-
4 ozsoft cream cheese
-
8 ozfrozen cool whip, thawed

mini marshmellows, garnish
-
drizzle of hot fudge sauce, garnish
How To Make easy s' mores pie

1In lg bowl (or you can use a food processor,) Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press into a 9"-pie plate, ( make sure to press some up the sides of the plate.)

2In small saucepan, bring heavy cream to the start of boiling, over medium heat. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and pour heavy cream over the chocolate. Let sit for a couple minutes, then stir to make smooth. Stir in cinnamon and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour chocolate mix over crust and freeze for 15 mins to set.

3In bowl, beat marshmellow fluff, cream cheese and remaining vanilla until smooth. Stir in thawed cool whip. Spread over chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hrs to set. garnish w/ a handful of mini marshmellows. Drizzle w/ heated fudge sauce.
