Ingredients For easy ricotta pie

1 lbricotta cheese (whole milk)

5egg whites

1/2 ptheavy cream (1 cup)

1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

1pie crust, store bought or make your own
How To Make easy ricotta pie

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2Beat egg whites until frothy

3Add ricotta, sugar, cream & vanilla

4Mix well with electric mixer

5Pour into pie crust

6Bake for 60-70 minutes, depending on oven. Remove from oven & let cool. Refrigerate until pie sets. Serve with your favorite topping. I use frozen strawberries, and enjoy!
