2 1/2 lb

granny smith apples
1/2 c

all purpose flour
1 tsp

lemon juice concentrate
1 1/2 c

sugar
1 tsp

vanilla extract
2 tsp

cinnamon
1/2 c

pistachio nuts, chopped
1 Tbsp

butter

How To Make easy pistacchio apple pie

Slice apples into quarters,set in a bowl and add to it, rest of ingredients.

Get ready made crust and line it into a 8 inch pie pan.

Add apple ingredients, top with butter. Add the top crust. Make a couple of slits on the top crust to let steam escape. Bake in a 350 Degree Oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Serve Hot or Cold. Top with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream...
