I grew up with my Mom making this pie. We often had it in the summertime as it is such a light, no bake dessert.

Ingredients For easy lemon pie

  • 1 small can
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1
    gramcracker crust

How To Make easy lemon pie

    Chill evaporated milk well before using. Using electric beater beat evaporated milk until it thickens and forms peaks like cream would. Pour can of sweetened condensed milk into bowl with evaporated milk and slowly mix to allow milks to blend. Pour the lemon juice into the 2 milks and continue to blend. Pour the misture into graham cracker crust. I crumble a few gramcracker crumbs on the top of the pie to make it look more festive. Chill pie for several hours before serving,
