My husband and I wanted something sweet and easy during the storm. Since I had all the ingredients for this simple, no bake pie I made it. This would be a good pie to have if you need something really quick.

Ingredients For easy lemon pie

  • 1 can
    eagle brand condensed milk
  • 3/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1
    8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    12 oz. cool whip
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

How To Make easy lemon pie

  • 1
    Mix milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice with mixer. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour all ingredients into pie crust. Chill before serving.
