I believe I got this recipe from cool whip, but I'm not sure. I've been making it for so many years, I forget, lol. I changed it up a little, but it's still so creamy and good.

Ingredients For easy layered pumpkin pie

4 ozredueced-fat cream cheese, softened

1 stick1% milk

1 Tbspsugar
-
1-1/2 dashlight cool whip, thawed

1reduced-fat graham cracker crust, like keeblers

1 c1% milk
-
2 pkgsugar-free, instant vanilla pudding mix

115 oz can pumpkin
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground cloves
How To Make easy layered pumpkin pie

1In bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 tbsp milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in cool whip topping.

2Spread cream cheese mix into bottom of crust. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk and pudding mix for 2 mins, or until thickened.

3Stir in pumpkin and spices. Mix well. Pour over cream cheese mix. Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs.
