easy cheese cake
This is a recipe from my Aunt Janice. It’s so easy and delicious, I had to share! It’s great alone or topped with cherries or whipped cream. Y’all enjoy!

Ingredients For easy cheese cake

3 pkg8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)

3/4 csugar

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1graham cracker pie crust
How To Make easy cheese cake

1Preheat oven to 350 Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.

2Once softened, mix all ingredients in mixing bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer.

3Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth to edges.

4Bake at 350 for about an hour. It will puff up and crack and turn a beautiful golden brown. It will fall when it’s cooling. Let it cool completely before serving. Keep refrigerated.
