This is a recipe from my Aunt Janice. It’s so easy and delicious, I had to share! It’s great alone or topped with cherries or whipped cream. Y’all enjoy!

Ingredients For easy cheese cake

  • 3 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust

How To Make easy cheese cake

  • Ingredients. Pie crust, vanilla,eggs, sugar and vanilla.

    Preheat oven to 350 Let cream cheese soften to room temperature.
  • Cream cheese mixture in mixing bowl

    Once softened, mix all ingredients in mixing bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
  • Pie shell full of cheese cake ingredients.

    Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth to edges.
  • Baked cheesecake in pie pan

    Bake at 350 for about an hour. It will puff up and crack and turn a beautiful golden brown. It will fall when it’s cooling. Let it cool completely before serving. Keep refrigerated.
