2 pkgrefrigerated crescent rolls, 8 oz size

2granny smith apples, large

1 1/2 stickbutter, melted

1 csugar

1 tspcinnamon

1 cancitrus flavored soda, 12 oz
How To Make easy apple enchiladas

1Peel, core and quarter apples, then halve each quarter. Unroll crescent rolls and separate at the perforations; place an apple section at the large end and roll to small end. Place apple rolls in rows in a 9 x 13 x 2 glass oven-proof dish.

2Melt butter, stir in sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolled apples. Pour citrus soda over rolls.

3Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
