I got this recipe years ago from a Taste of Home Cookbook. It is citrusly light,chocolately and it is so yummy. I hope you enjoy it because we have this every Easter.

Ingredients For easter pie

1 pkg9 inch pastry shell

1 boxricotta cheese, 15oz.

1 csugar

1 Tbspflour

1/4 tspgrated lemon peel

1/4 tspgrated orange peel

1 dashsalt

4 lgeggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/3 csemisweet chocolate chips

1/8 tspground cinnamon

1 dashnutmeg
How To Make easter pie

1In a bowl, beat the ricotta, sugar, and flour till mixed. Add peels and salt, beat until smooth. In another bowl, beat eggs until thick and lemon colored, about 5 minutes, slowly fold into ricotta mixture. Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
