This cool and creamy treat can be made into 1 large, deep-dish pie shell or 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts - one to keep and one to share! It can also be served as a fruit salad.

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 12 oz
    non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c
    shredded coconut
  • 8 oz
    pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 11 oz
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c
    red or green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c
    maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1
    deep-dish pie shell, baked
  • additional fruit , chopped pecans or toasted coconut for garnish if desired

How To Make east texas millionaire's delight pie

    Using an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and salt until smooth.

    Gently fold in whipped topping, pecans, coconut and fruit until combined.
