4 cfresh blueberries-rinsed and drained

2/3 csugar

1/4 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspnutmeg

1 cheavy cream cold

1 tspvanilla

How To Make dutch blueberry cream pie

1Preheat oven 425*. Place rack in middle of oven

2Fill pie shell with blueberries evenly distributed

3Combine and mix all ingredients and pour over blueberries

4Bake 45 mins til lightly brown.

5Cool one hour then chill in refrigerator 2-3 hours before cutting.

6Serve with uncooked berries on top or to the side of each slice and a large dollop of whipped cream.
