Ingredients For doudle - cranberry pecan pie

  • half of 11 oz package pie crust mix or frozen pie crust
  • 4
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    paced dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    maple syrup
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c
    chopped pecans, 10oz.
  • 2/3 c
    sweet dried cranberries, chopped
  • 2 c
    whipped topping
  • 2/3 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 3/4 c
    light corn syrup

How To Make doudle - cranberry pecan pie

  • 1
    preheat the baking sheet, prepare pie mix according to package put in a 9" pie pan.refrigerate. In bowl, combine eggs, sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla until blended. stir in pecans and dried cranberries and fresh cranberries: spoon into crust. put pan on hot bakeing sheet put in oven and cook at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min or untill center is set. put whipped cream in a pastry bag pipe on top of pie.
