This is a tasty dessert that a friends mom served and I instantly loved it! My kids and husband have always liked it as well! The lady that made this was a preachers wife and she sure could cook! Hope you try!

Ingredients For double delight dessert

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans
  • 3/4 c
    butter. melted
  • 1 box
    large vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 box
    large chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 lg
    container of coolwhip
  • 1/4 c
    shaved chocolate (ghiradeli)
  • 1/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make double delight dessert

    For the Crust, Mix the flour with the Melted butter and add the pecans then pat into bottom of a 13x9 pam sprayed glass dish. Bake at 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Now mix up your instant puddings in 2 bowls according to pkg.directions til thick and creamy. (refrigerate 15 minutes) Assemble the dessert pour chocolate pudding to the left side and vanilla pudding to the right seperately. Spread coolwhip over fillings and sprinkle Chocolate Shavings & Pecans on top. Refridgerate til ready to serve! Enjoy!
