Growing up in an Italian home Lasagna was a favorite Entree, to have it in dessert form was a great childhood treat

Ingredients For dessert lasagna

    sheets of pie crust dough
  • 1 can
    cherry pie filling
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    milk chocolate chips
  • 2
    eggs

How To Make dessert lasagna

    In a large bowl combine cream cheese, heavy cream and eggs and combine with mixer till smooth.

    Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and line with pie dough, top with 1/2 cream cheese mix, top that with 1/2 can cherry pie filling and sprinkle with shredded chocolate.

    Top with pie crust, the rest of cream cheese mix, cherry pie filling and sprinkle with remaining shredded chocolate.

    Top with remaining pie crust, poke top of pie crust with a fork and bake at 350 until top pie crust is brown, 45-60 minutes, cool and serve
