Another great time to grab your Bread Machine and put it to work! This crust is so good and if you like Garlic, you will LOVE this! Don't want to make a pizza?? Cut this into strips twirl it and make garlic bread sticks. Yummy!! No delivery driver can bring this one to your door. Time is a guess depending on your machines dough cycle. It bakes as a pizza for 20-25 min, so just add that to your dough cycle time. Bread sticks would be less time, about 10-15 min. My machine is 1hr 20 min approx for dough cycle.

  • 6 oz
    lukewarm water
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 c
    bread flour
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    active dry yeast

How To Make deep dish garlic pizza crust in bread maker

    Place the ingredients into the pan of a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Close the lid, select the Dough cycle, and press Start.

    When the machine signals the end of the cycle, remove the dough and knead into a tight ball on a lightly floured surface. Let rest for about 15 minutes covered with a clean towel.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Stretch the dough out to fit your desired pizza pan. Let rise for another 20 minutes, again covered with a towel.

    For pizza, top the crust with sauce, such as my "Dad's Perfect Pasta Sauce" and toppings you would like and bake for 20-25 minutes until brown. For Bread Sticks, brush with melted butter, top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until brown.
