Ingredients For danielle's strawberry & peach custard pie

  • 2 box
    vanilla instant pudding (make according to package for pie filling)
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar or 2 tablespoon splenda
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust or nilla pie crust (you can also use mini crust)
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peaches cut into smaller pieces or 4 to 5 diced fresh peaches
  • 1 pkg
    frozen strawberrys cut into smaller peices or 1 large bin of fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 pkg
    short bread cookies

How To Make danielle's strawberry & peach custard pie

    make pudding according to package for pie filling. beat soft cream cheese ,vanilla and 1 tblsp of sugar or splenda with hand mixer untill soft and smooth add pudding and blend well. refrigerate
  • 2
    heat half of fruit 2 tblsp of sugar or 1 tblsp of splenda in sauce pan untill mixture starts to break down and the juice starts to thicken

    then add the rest of the fruit to pan and heat through let cool in freezer untill slightly chilled

    cover bottom of pie crust with some of the pudding lay short bread cookies over layer of pudding and top with fruit mixture.

    cover with remaining pudding and sprinkle crushed short bread cookis on top refrigerate for about 15 min slice and enjoy
