Ingredients For daddy's pumpkin cheese pie
- BUTTER PASTRY

3/4 call purpose flour

1 1/2 Tbspsugar

1/4 cbutter, room temperature

1 lgegg yolk
- RUB MIXTURE UNTIL EVEN TEXTURED. STIR IN 1 EGG YOLK UNTIL BLENDED.. THEN WORK WITH HANDS UNTIL SMOOTH BALL. PRESS DOUGH EVENLY OVER BOTTOM AND 1/2 IN. UP THE SIDES OF 10 INCH PIE PLATE. BAKE AT 350* FOR 30 MINUTES
- FILLING:

8 OZ pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 tspginger
-
1/4 tspcloves

2 lgeggs

1 canpumpkin (16oz)
How To Make daddy's pumpkin cheese pie

1beat cream cheese with sugar and spices till smooth. Blend in eggs, then add the pumpkin and mix well.

2pour into 10 inch pastry shell and Bake at 325* for 35 minutes. remove from oven and spread with sour cream topping over filling. Bake to minutes more

3Cool. then cover and chill. garnish with pecan halves around the edge of top of pie.

4Sour cream topping: mix 1 cup sour cream 6 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla xoxo thanks daddy. enjoy !
