2 lgsweet potatoes

3 Tbspclarified butter (ghee), divided in half for topping

1/2 cmaple syrup

1 cbrown sugar, divided in half for topping

2eggs

1 tspvanilla extract

1 Tbspcinnamon, divided in half for topping

1 tspnutmeg

1/4 clactose free milk,your choice

1/4 ccoconut flour

1 cpecans, chopped
How To Make crustless sweet potato pie

1start by boiling the sweet potatoes until soft, cool & peel.

2in a food processor or blender..mix the sweet potatoes, add in half the clarified butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup, half the cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs & milk...mix well

3for topping, combine the coconut flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter & chopped pecans...in a pie dish add the sweet potato mixture & spread the topping evenly.

4bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins, turn oven off and leave in for another 15 mins...take out, let cool & refrigerate
