Ingredients For crustless coconut pie

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 3/4 c
    sugar or splenda sugar
  • 2 c
    milk or non-fat milk
  • 1/4 c
    butter or light butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • optional: whipped cream, toasted flaked coconut

How To Make crustless coconut pie

  • 1
    In large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add remaining ingredients except garnish in order given mix well.

    Spread in 2 ungreased 9" pie plates; bake at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut if desired. Make 2 pies, 6-8 serving each.
