Ingredients For crustless chocolate-almond pie

3/4 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cbisquick baking mix

1/4 cmelted butter

1 1/2 cheavy cream

1/2 cwater
-
2 tspvanilla extract

4eggs
-
3 Tbspunsweetend cocoa powder

1/2 cchocolate chips
-
1 csliced almonds
-
sweetened whipped cream, for serving (optional)
How To Make crustless chocolate-almond pie

1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with butter-flavor cooking spray, or grease with butter.

2Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. (it will be full, but won’t run over during baking.)

3Bake 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

4Serve with whipped cream, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any leftover pie.
