Great summer pie. I have substuted cherry or blueberry pie filling for the pineapple and it works and taste great.

Ingredients For creamy pineapple pie

  • 1 pkg
    chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese room temp
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip (thawed)

How To Make creamy pineapple pie

  • 1
    Blend sugar and cream cheese together.
  • 2
    Drain the Pineapple, add the Pineapple into cream cheese mixture. Do Not Use The Juice
  • 3
    Fold the cool whip into the cream cheese, pineapple mixture until well folded, turn into the cookie crust.

    Refergerate atleast 4 hours to blend flavors.
