Ingredients For creamy lemon pie

1 3/4 ccold milk
-
2 pkg(4 oz) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
-
1 can(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1(8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)

1graham cracker pie crust
-
1 canredi-whip for garnishing

lemon slices or zest, if desired, for garnish
How To Make creamy lemon pie

1In a medium bowl, pour milk; add pudding mixes and beat with a wire whisk for @ 30 seconds.

2Add lemonade concentrate. Mixture will begin to thicken.

3Immeiately fold in whipped topping.

4Spoon into pie crust.

5Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.

6Decorate the pie with the redi-whip as desired.

7Garnish with lemon slices or zest, if desired.

8Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
