This is my moms recipe. If you like rhubarb this is soooo good!! It is my favorite rhubarb pie recipe.

Ingredients For creamed rhubarb pie

4 cfresh or frozen rhubarb, cut into small pieces

1 csugar
-
2eggs yolks
-
1 ccan evaporated milk
-
1/8 tspsalt

2 Tbspflour (use 3 tbsp. if rhubarb is frozen)

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make creamed rhubarb pie

1Put cut up rhubarb into unbaked pie crust. ( I use deep dish pie crust)

2In large bowl beat 2 egg yolks. ( I use hand beater, pictured.)

3Add flour, sugar, salt, milk, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon to beaten eggs, mix. (use remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon for top of pie)

4Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon on top of pie.

5Bake 375 degrees for one hour or until custard is set.
